Cooking with Caraway
I was recently gifted cookware from Caraway, a modern approach to nonstick cookware. For years I’ve been cooking with my Le Creuset enameled cast iron, and while I still love it, I definitely find my sunny-side eggs clinging onto the pan. Caraway is focused on crafting well-designed, safe-to-use (Teflon-free) ceramic coated cookware, and their thoughtfulness definitely shows from their packaging, to their designs.
I gave the pan a try with our favorite breakfast recipe, Egg-In-A-Hole. I was super pleased with the outcome and can’t wait to try their Dutch Oven!
